Come July,Khiladi Will Be Holidaying


Akshay Kumar is preparing for his well-deserved holiday post July. Akshay will be resuming the shoot of JOKER soon. for now he also has something to look as he joins Twinkle and son Aarav for a major holiday in a couple of months from now.


It is said for him that whenever Akshay is in town, he makes it a point to be home by evening and also stay home on Sundays so that he can spend time with Twinkle and son Aarav. However this can't be helped when Akshay is shooting out of the country. This is the reason why he keeps an entire month aside during summers to take his family out to either purpose that they want.


For those who know him closely, for Akshay it would be a well deserved break since he has films like JOKER and DESI BOYZ to complete and then kickstart HOUSEFULL 2, ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI 2 and ROWDY RATHORE. Wife Twinkle has planned the holiday programme.


Akshay is sure that exploit would be a part of the holiday, "We are not the type to sit and sun bath. We like to adventure while Aarav is still young. Since we tend to have full on getaways', I think I will need a holiday after my holiday to get over it."

Hrithik Best-Looking Super-Hero Around: SRK




Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, whose next film 'Ra.one' is in post-production stage, feels 'Kriish' star Hrithik Roshan is the best looking super-hero around.


"According to me, Hrithik is the best looking superhero better than even Batman, Superman and Spiderman," he said while shooting for a television show.


Khan, 45, who turns superhero himself in 'Ra.One', said his children look up to Hrithik as a role model.


"Even my kids think that Hrithik is the best looking hero right now. In fact kids don't love me as much as they love seeing Hrithik on screen," he said.

No to Sequel of 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari



While Chote Nawab was keen to make a sequel to his movie Main Khiladi Tu Anari, but at the same time he is sure it will never see light of the day.


It is a different matter that recently media reported that Saif might soon make a sequel to MKTA,but Saif has without the news.


Saif said that "Actually, I was talking to somebody from the press, and we were talking about sequels becoming popular these days, and I remember when we did Main Khiladi Tu Anari, I don't know how many years ago.


We should make a sequel'. Everybody said 'No, how can you make the sequels, it's not a very good idea.”

Imran Sports A Black Eye


The poster of Aamir Khan's 'Delhi Belly' that stars nephew Imran Khan is out. It shows Imran with a black eye with what appears to be residue on his face.


Imran is all set to shed his chocolate boy image, shooting one of the boldest scenes ever in the upcoming crime and sex comedy.


The poster also shows the trio - Vir Das, Imran and Kunal Roy Kapoor with white powder dirty all over their faces and a tagline reading 'S#!t Happens'. Imran is also sporting a goatee in the film.

SRK has no time for Yash Chopra


Are Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan and Yash Chopra not in good conditions these days?  It seems that SRK's fans have to wait for his next romantic flick under Yash Raj banner.  

The film has been late to December due to busy schedule of SRK in the ongoing IPL and his home production Ra.One. Sources say that after IPL, Shah Rukh will be busy in the insistent marketing and promotions of Ra.One, which releases in October.


 His Don 2 will be releasing in December too thus he will need time for its promotions a well.Yash Chopra,who is the most respected film maker of Bollywood, is back to direction after 7 years.He wants SRK to focus only on one project. as a result the film will start on December 15.Very few know that YRF considers 6 as their lucky number thus the date 15 (1 + 5 = 6) hasbeen chosen to kickstart the project.


 It may be recalled that the romantic flick will bring Shah Rukh andKatrina Kaif together for the first time. As now Katrina is no longer a girl-friend of Sallu bhai,Katrina can work opposite SRK.

I knew I could act: Arjun Rampal


'Om Shanti Om' was a turning point in Arjun Rampal's decade-old career in Bollywood but the actor, who delivered many flops in the interim, says he never lost faith in his skills as a performer. 
  
 Rampal went on to bag a national award for his role of a guitarist in 'Rock On' and will next be seen playing Shah Rukh Khan's arch-enemy in superhero flick 'RaOne'.

The 38-year-old has various projects lined up but does not believe that the success has come hard way for him. Rampal says each failure has taught him something new.

"I am more confident as an actor now. It's nice to have made it to this stage. I have a bright future ahead," Rampal told PTI in an interview.

The actor, however, is happy that despite collecting flops he never lost hope.
"'I can act' that's all I kept telling myself.

Salman-Katrina Team Up for 'Ek Tha Tiger'


Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are coming together for Yashraj film's romantic thriller 'Ek Tha Tiger'.
The movie has been directed by Kabir Khan of 'New York fame and produced by Aditya Chopra, who has also written the story.

The screenplay and dialogues have been written by Kabir Khan and Neelesh Misra. Aseem Mishra, who has worked with Kabir on 'New York', will be the DOP. The music will be scored by Pritam.

The 45-year-old actor, who is working with the banner for the first time, says the project is going to be a huge challenge for everyone.

"In the past Adi and I have met a few times on various projects but somehow, when Kabir and he came to me with this exacting story, we all just knew that this was the one.

Aamir Urges to Bollywood Stars


Actor-filmmaker Aamir Khan is busy these days in promoting radio community, and he urged all the bollywood actors to support Jago Mumbai 90.8 radio in Bandra.


The actor avowed that he is happy to support the society as it will help out the populace in knowing each other and in getting closer.


Talking to reporters, Aamir said that when they were starting the radio channel, he helped them with funds, and he would like to give his time to the radio channel as well.


Aamir said there are other celebrities who also helped in getting the funds. And whenever they would require funds, they all would love to give.

Deepika Passionate About Rana


Actress Deepika Padukone is excited over her first Tamil project as she has signed for the flick opposite with none other than Superstar Rajinikanth.


The actress affirmed at a press meet that she would will not even call this a dream come true because it seemed so impossible that she did not even dream that this would happen one day. 


 Deepika was shooting for a song. She exposed that Friday was her first day of shoot, and they shot a song sequence to a number tuned by A R Rahman, the composer of the film.


She told that about her looks that It'll be a period look, as the film is set in the 17th century, and her look and hair will be done in a very different way. dress designer Neeta Lulla who has handled films like Devdas, has worked hard on my look and come out with dazzling results.

SRK To Make His Comeback In TV Series



Shah Rukh Khan had started his career with television serials like Fauji and show two decades ago, but today he is ruling the bollywood.

even with he has achieved the acme in the film industry but the actor always bowed down in respect for the television industry, which gave him his first chance.

He already done several TV reality shows like Kaun Banega Crorepati, Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain? and Zor Ka Jhatka, leaving behind fans asking for more. Ever since, TV has become a second home for the actor.

With his on and off relationship with TV, we hear SRK is returning once again, this time in a primetime soap titled Sasural Simar Ka.

The actor who has always valued his early stressed days on TV will make a come back through a cameo appearance on the show.

Amitabh Ready To Become Gangster


Setting aside all rumors of 'cold war' with noted film director Ram Gopal Varma, Big B- Amitabh Bachchan has given his consent to play leading role of gangster-turned-politician in his next flick- 'Department'. Confirming the report, Varma twits "Am mighty excited about the role Mr Bachchan is playing in Department....he's playing a gangster turned politician.

"Imagen the Agneepath character turning over a new leaf and yet to have the same hard intensity and been there done that know-how,"he said. After Varma recently announced that Abhishek Bachchan won't be a part of Department, there was a buzz in the B-town that all was not well between the Bachchans and the filmmaker. It was also reported that Amitabh was likely to opt out of the film.

But after the reports appeared, Varma immediately tweeted,"I highly respect Mr Bachchan and am highly affectionate towards Abhishek and the reasons for changes in Department are nothing but date issues. Anyway for whoever wants to know whether we work or not my relationship with the Bachchans is very sacred for me and will remain so forever".
Varma paid a visit to Big B last night at his residence, some reports here said. The maverick director has worked with Abhishek and Amitabh in films such as Sarkar, Sarkar Raj, Rann, RGV Ki Aag, Naach and Nishabd. Department is said to centre around politics within the ladder of Indian police officials, and will feature Amitabh, Sanjay Dutt, Kangana and Rana Daggubati.
